At M&Co Sales Store, we take as much care with your satisfaction as we do in crafting our British-inspired fashion collections. We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, our straightforward returns process ensures a seamless experience.

Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Basic Tops and Women’s Long Sleeve Tops unless faulty. All other items from our dresses, blouses, jackets and jeggings collections are eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following details:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear M&Co Customer Service, I would like to return/exchange the following item(s) from my order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: [Product Name] – Size: [Size] – Color: [Color] – Reason for Return: [Please specify] Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days after arrival):

  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 1-2 business days

Return Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK, please note:

  • Customs fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
