Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every M&Co purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receipt.

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Women’s Basic Tops and Women’s Long Sleeve Tops unless faulty.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Item details (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  • Exchanges: Replacement item shipped within 1-2 business days

Return Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
  • For international returns: mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
